Cancellation and Refund Policy

Because Alis Media provides highly exclusive business-to-business (B2B) advertising, custom co-op direct mail marketing, and customized digital growth services, our operations differ fundamentally from retail product sales. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before securing your placement.

​1. Strict No-Refund Policy

​All sales are final. Once a payment is processed and a booking or service reservation is confirmed, Alis Media maintains a strict no-refund policy. This zero-refund policy applies universally to all current and future offerings, including but not limited to:

​Co-op community mailer card slot reservations.

​Social media management and amplification packages.

​Custom AI-driven workflow and automation integrations.

​2. Why All Sales Are Final (Merchant Disclosure)

​Our services involve immediate operational costs, custom design allocation, and strict geographic industry exclusivity:

​Category Lockout: When you secure a slot in a specific neighborhood mailing zone, we immediately lock out your competitors from that vertical. This inventory reservation removes that slot from the market.

​Custom Production: Work on campaign strategy, copywriting, media asset creation, and print manufacturing coordination begins immediately upon payment.

​Irrevocable Digital Deployments: Custom software configurations, automation setups, and digital media distributions cannot be recalled or returned once provisioned.

​3. Campaign & Service Cancellations

​You may choose to cancel your ongoing campaign or digital service at any time; however, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any payments already made.

​For direct mail campaigns, canceling your participation after a zone slot is reserved will forfeit your fee, as print production lines and postage allocation are committed early in the cycle.

​For ongoing digital retention services, cancellation will stop future billing cycles, but past payments remain entirely non-refundable.

​4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

​Alis Media fiercely protects its payment processing ecosystem. Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card issuer for a clearly stated non-refundable service violates our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to submit this policy, along with proof of your industry slot reservation, directly to our credit card processor, or your financial institution to successfully dismiss the dispute.
