​By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, or purchasing our services, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree to take all of the terms stated on this page, do not continue to use this website or engage our services.

​1. B2B Service Engagement & Eligibility

​Alis Media provides business-to-business (B2B) advertising, marketing curation, co-op community direct mail campaigns, and digital growth services. By engaging with us, you warrant that:

​You are operating as a registered business entity, sole proprietorship, or licensed independent contractor.

​All purchases are intended for commercial, corporate growth, or business advertising purposes.

​You possess all necessary local business licensing and regulatory approvals to advertise your specific industry vertical within your chosen market.

​2. Campaign Zone Availability & Category Exclusivity

​To protect our corporate partners, Alis Media operates on a strict Category Exclusivity model per mailing zone.

​The Slot Guarantee: Once a service provider reserves an industry slot (e.g., roofing, plumbing, dentistry) in a specific neighborhood mailing zone, Alis Media will lock out all direct competitors in that specific vertical for that campaign cycle.

​The Selection Right: Submission of an inquiry form via this website does not guarantee slot reservation. Alis Media reserves the sole right to refuse service or slot placement to any business for any reason prior to invoice finalization.

​3. Payment Terms and Merchant Integrity

​All payments for campaign slots, design services, or digital growth setups are processed securely through our authorized merchant processors (including Square and Stripe).

​Flat-Rate Fees: All services are billed on a clear, transparent, flat-rate basis as agreed upon via formal corporate invoice or electronic checkout.

​Non-Refundable Policy: In alignment with our Cancellation and Refund Policy, all payments are completely non-refundable once processed. Funds are immediately allocated to campaign production, graphic design, print layout curation, and postage reservation.

​Late Payments & Delays: For co-op mailer campaigns, failing to pay a balance or provide approved creative assets by the strict campaign deadline will result in forfeiture of your reserved slot without a refund, as production schedules cannot be delayed for other participating businesses.

​4. Client Assets and Intellectual Property License

​To execute your marketing campaigns, you grant Alis Media a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, resize, and print your business name, logos, slogans, trademarks, and creative materials ("Client Assets") on our co-op community mailer cards and digital marketing channels. You warrant that you own or have full legal rights to use all Client Assets provided to us and that they do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

​5. Content Liability Disclaimer

​Alis Media acts solely as a marketing and distribution vehicle. We are not responsible or liable for the quality, safety, legality, or performance of the services or goods advertised by our participating clients. You agree to protect, defend, and hold harmless Alis Media against any third-party claims, consumer complaints, or liabilities arising from the services, warranties, or business practices of your company.

​6. Limitation of Liability

​To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alis Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of business profits, revenue, or data resulting from website downtime, printing production anomalies, postal carrier distribution delays, or digital automation performance. Our maximum aggregate liability to any client for any dispute arising out of our services shall not exceed the total fee paid by that client for the specific campaign cycle in question.

​7. Governance and Jurisdictional Disputes

​These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Texas.
